Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched every Monday and- depending on your location and chosen shipping method- will arrive between 2-7 business days for UK orders and up to 30 business days for international orders.

I do everything I can to ensure all orders arrive at their destination but the only way to guarantee tracking information and compensation for missing items is to select a tracked postal service at checkout.

Do you accept commissions?

I am not currently open to personal commissions but I’ll always post updates on the products and services I offer on social media to keep you in the know about any changes.

Will you be re-stocking *insert print/drawing/painting name here* ?

I like to update my shop in cycles so that the art I’m sending out is always relevant to the art I’m currently making (like selling woolly hats in the winter and bikinis in summer). Different pieces of art reflect different periods for me so if an item is no longer available, it is likely to stay that way.

What payment methods do you accept?

All orders are processed through Shopify where I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple and Google Pay as well as all other popular payment options.

As an independent artist, I’m afraid I’m unable to accept returns or issue refunds. As such, please make sure you’ve read all product descriptions carefully and choose tracked shipping if you want to be sure to avoid missing packages.
